Join us for the 2021 LEEPAC Regional Conference at Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado. This conference will begin on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, and end on July 9, 2021.
Registration is open until June 2, 2021
Late Registration will be June 2 - 15, 2021
All fees must be paid in FULL by June 15, 2021
NO REFUNDS after June 5, 2021
There is a non-refundable 2.75% convenience fee if paying by credit card. If you are paying by check, register your Post and then contact Officer Jennifer Kunugi so the convenience fee can be waived and the invoice can be adjusted.
- Click HERE FOR ROOM ASSIGNMENT requests. Participants will be housed in rooms as listed. Due to COVID-19, males and females will be housed within their own Posts according to gender. This sign up must be completed by June 15, 2021.
- Co-ed Posts must supply co-ed leadership (21 years or older) who will be attending the conference and who will be responsible for the Explorers unless other arrangements have been made. If this is a problem for your agency, please contact Officer Jennifer Kunugi.
- Each Post is required to have one working Advisor unless other arrangements have been made.
- The Registration Page is only visible to Advisors
- The Lead Advisor will register their Explorers and Advisors
- There will be NO REFUNDS after June 5, 2021, if an Explorer/Advisor cancels or if there's inclement weather
